Start with your travel rhythm
Would you rather spend a full afternoon exploring one neighbourhood or fit several sights into a day? Share that preference before choosing an itinerary. A trip should leave space for the way you actually enjoy travelling.
Make your priorities clear
Write down your preferred dates, destinations, number of travellers and an approximate budget. Separate the things you need from the things you would enjoy. This gives your travel consultant a useful starting point.
Leave room between plans
Arrival days, transfers and checking in all take time. Avoid filling every hour before you know your flight timings and hotel location. A quieter first day can make the rest of the trip more enjoyable.
